Internet providers in Bombala, NSW?

Im looking into internet providers for my in-laws and am thinking pre-paid would be the best? Does anyone have any experience in this area (of NSW) and the Telstra prepaid? Can you get additional antenna's for this type of internet? My next G phone only ever has up to 3 bars on it within the house, does this mean that the internet reception would be poor??
